This workshop is aimed at women who are approaching the menopausal years, have already entered menopause or notice that their hormone balance is out of balance. The main problem in menopause is the reduction in estrogen production. This is the main cause for symptoms during menopause and for complaints such as osteoporosis but also hot flashes, headaches, joint pain, weight gain, mood swings and emotional symptoms, among others.
During this workshop you will learn to do exercises that promote the 'female hormone' and you will receive information about an appropriate diet. This can greatly reduce menopause symptoms.
