Starter
Salty sea vegetables with couscous, pickled tomatoes and salted lemon.
Main course
Marinated cauliflower fillet, seaweed-potato puree, oyster mushrooms and antiboise.
Dessert
Coconut yoghurt with citrus, strawberries, biscuit crumble and elderflower.
