Black & White is the gym in Breda that specializes in group classes. We offer a variety of classes so you can get the most out of yourself. From swinging aerobics classes to muscle strengthening pilates. From spinning to Xco. Because we offer 100+ group classes per week, we have something for everyone. We believe that exercising in groups is the best way to reach your goals! Within a group, you are more motivated to go the extra mile and you get a bit of social interaction at the same time. We know from experience that most our members train for a fitter body and the social environment.

SoulrideSoulride brings together cycling, a positive mindset and upper and lower body training in one great 45-minute class. You don't have to be a cycling pro to experience the energy of this class. Soulride is a rhythmic and exhilarating class with great music that makes you feel good and trains your whole body. This class is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Go with the flow and let your soul take over the ride.
Shred & BurnBesides strength training (Club Power), do you want more variety, improve your fitness and burn fat? Then the Shred & Burn is the perfect class for you. With this class you train your body in simple explosive movements, your heart will beat faster and you really work on your fitness. Because of the mix of fitness training and power training in 1 class, the Shred & Burn is a great full body workout. This class is challenging, varied and is a wonderful total body workout that is suitable for every (beginning) athlete.
Body FitThis new challenging class is a combination of Cardio and XCO. The cardio part consists of simple and intensive aerobic movements where the focus is on increasing heart rate, fatburning and improving fitness. This is followed by a number of numbers from an XCO lesson. With the XCO, the focus is on your core. This class provides enough variation if you want to optimally train your core, abs, buttocks and legs. Join us and be surprised by this perfect mix of training.
Total Body WorkoutA great workout where we strengthen the body and work on our condition. In four blocks we train the upper and lower body and in between a big cardio peak, this class has everything to work hard, to sweat, to have fun but above all to get the best out of you. The advantage is that you can determine your own level by the many options that are given to get everything out of this work-out. Don't see it as a challenge, but as an opportunity to grow.
Boxing trainingOur kickboxing is perfect for everyone who wants to train hard. We can go all out because we only punch the punching bags. This minimizes injuries and makes the workout accessible for beginners. We also provide heavy bags for our experienced boxers, so everyone can give it their all!
XCOThis 45-minute power workout works almost every single muscle in your body, with a main focus on your body core. The XCO can be held using one or two hands and is designed for three-dimensional movement. Through spinning, swinging and rotating your entire body is exercised. Abdomen, legs, glutes, shoulders, arms and back, no muscle is left out.
Club PowerThe Club Power program is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes. It consists of a revolutionary 55-minute workout utilizing a metal bar and weights. All muscle groups are trained and everyone can exercise at their own level. Join now and get ready for quick results!
CallaneticsThe Callanetics workout consists of a simple warm-up followed by fat-burning and muscle-strengthening exercises focused on your abdomen, glutes and legs. A wide assortment of music ranging from disco to old school makes for the perfect training environment. This workout is for everyone who wants to work the body in a more relaxed manner.
Body ShapeA wonderful workout where dancing and training come together. The first cardio part consists of a simple but active (aerobics) choreography where we train the body to the beat of the music and focus on burning fat and improving fitness. The second part focuses on muscle strengthening and emphasises the strengthening of the legs, stomach and buttocks. A tough class in which you train your whole body in a fun way.
FatburningThis workout is specially designed to increase your energy level and burn fat. As you take the class, you will notice your muscles getting stronger and your endurance improving. Whether you are a beginner athlete or a more experienced athlete looking for a recovery workout, this class is suitable for everyone. Our experienced instructors provide a motivating atmosphere with fine, current music. In addition, the class does not have high peak times, making it manageable for everyone. You have the freedom to adjust the resistance and intensity to your own needs and goals. Our instructors are ready to guide and motivate you during class. Be sure to wear comfortable sportswear and bring a towel and water.
SpinningThe ideal class to burn fat and improve your condition. In an attractive room with varied music, we work on speed, variations in intensity and, above all, lots of fun. It is hard work, but you determine the resistance and pace yourself. With spinning you work at the highest level to improve your performance and goals. Join us and experience the 'spinning' experience.
Outdoor BootcampBootcamp is a tough outdoor workout where you are challenged tremendously physically. In groups you will train with different materials such as: TRX, crates, pull up bars etc. With the outdoor bootcamp you will train the abdomen, legs, buttocks and upper body with the available materials and/or body weight. Bootcamp is a fun and varied workout in the open air. Join us and experience it for yourself!
More than just a gym in Breda
Our team of enthusiastic instructors is mainly from Breda. They love exercising and sharing their passions with many other people. All our instructors completed a professional (internal) training, which means a certain level of quality is guaranteed. While all instructors have the same training, they all teach with their own personal touch. As a member, you cannot only choose between different classes, but between of many different teachers, as well!

In addition to workouts, we also offer over 40 yoga classes each week. Right next to the gym is Black & White Kafe, a vegan lunch café with honest coffee and wholesome food. Adjacent to the Kafe are our meeting rooms, where you can do business while enjoying a delicious meal and some relaxing yoga afterwards.
If you love to go hard, try our outside boxing training where we get you in top shape! Check out our spinning room for some vigorous cycling to energetic music. Improve your endurance and sweat it all out! Black & White sports club is located close to the highway A27 (exit Breda-Noord). Park for free in front of the club and enjoy our deluxe shower facilites. See you soon!
