Love & Care one-day retreat offers participants the opportunity to relax, reflect, be inspired and connect with others. Besides a cocoa ceremony and an inner essence journey, the day is filled with yoga, meditation, sound healing, breath work, various workshops and delicious food, snacks and drinks.
There is also the possibility to book Reiki or massages on the day itself, depending on availability.
