Kids Yoga
At the request of many Club members, we are offering special kids classes starting in September: Kids Yoga.
At Black & White Community, we offer two special sessions for young yogis:
- For children ages 8-10: Friday afternoons at 3 p.m.
- For children ages 11-13: Friday afternoons at 4 p.m.
Kids Boxing
In addition to yoga, we will also provide boxing classes for children.
We have reserved two blocks of time for this purpose:
- For children ages 8-10: Wednesday afternoons at 3 p.m.
- For children ages 11-13: Wednesday afternoons at 4 p.m.

At Black & White Community, we provide not only a safe and stimulating environment for yoga and boxing, but also a place where children can develop both physically and emotionally.
To sign up for our kids classes, a special Kids strippenkaart is available. For only 65 euros, children up to 13 years old can take 8 classes. Will you join us?
There are no children's classes during school vacations.
