The workshop

In this 3-hour class, we will give you tools that you can use as a basis for your Ashtanga Yoga practice. In this course we will focus on 3 main aspects:



- Ujjayi breathing
- Bandha's
- Dristi

If you haven't heard of these terms, no problem!

Ashtanga Yoga is a fixed series of postures that you perform fluently. They are intensive and require discipline and concentration. By doing the practice regularly you will be able to go deeper and deeper into a meditative state. Besides, it is really great for your body.
