What an extraordinary journey we have traveled! Twenty years ago we began our adventurous journey in de Inslag, a location in Breda with a large hall on top of former bowling alleys. That place was our starting point, where we passionately taught our first classes. I still remember how happy we were when we were able to enroll the first members, now exactly 20 years ago.

The new year often begins with good intentions, such as losing weight, living healthier or exercising more. But often we give up on these within the first month. How can we break this pattern? Learn the distinction between good intentions and good intentions, and discover how to combine them effectively to get lasting change in the new year.

With the holiday season upon us, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the meaning of Christmas. For me, Christmas is about connection, love and being with loved ones. We all notice that consumer culture unfortunately sometimes takes over. Let's think together to make conscious choices and consider sustainable gifts that fit the true meaning of Christmas.

As most of you know, I didn't always have an easy time this year. Because I greatly appreciate your involvement, I want to share my story with you. And maybe someone will recognize something in my story and you will want to know how I dealt with it.
